"Where is my tracking number?"

- After completing your purchase, you will eventually receive an email saying "Your order is out for delivery." In this email, you can find your tracking number, order number, and a summary of the items you ordered.

"Why has my package not arrived yet?"

- If your order has not arrived 2 weeks after purchasing, then there could be something wrong. This could be due to an incorrect address that was entered, natural disasters, holidays, or equivalent. Please email boandpeach@gmail.com regarding your lingering package and title it "My package has not arrived." We will then get back to you as soon as possible to go over your order details and find a solution! ~Keep an eye out for a peach, pink, or hot pink package :)

“What if the new size exchange I need is not in stock?”

- If the new size exchange you are requesting is not in stock, then a store credit will be issued to your account.

“How do I see how much store credit I have?”

- To see how much store credit you have, go to boandpeach.com and login with the email you have made purchases with. It will ask for a 6-digit code that will be sent to your email. After logging in, go to your profile. Here you will see your available store credit under “payment methods.” You can then select this option at your next checkout to apply the store credit to your next purchase :)
