"Where is my tracking number?"
- After completing your purchase, you will eventually receive an email saying "Your order is out for delivery." In this email, you can find your tracking number, order number, and a summary of the items you ordered.
"Why has my package not arrived yet?"
- If your order has not arrived 2 weeks after purchasing, then there could be something wrong. This could be due to an incorrect address that was entered, natural disasters, holidays, or equivalent. Please email boandpeachhelp@gmail.com regarding your lingering package and title it "My package has not arrived." We will then get back to you as soon as possible to go over your order details and find a solution! ~Keep an eye out for a peach, pink, or hot pink package :)
"My bikini is the wrong size, what do I do?"
- Please see our "Returns" tab under the "About" section in the main menu for instructions, return requirements, and other additional information. We provide store credit and size exchanges (Only 1 round of size exchanges per order).
"What if the new size exchange I need is not in stock?”
- If the new size exchange you are requesting is not in stock, then a store credit will be issued to your account.
“How do I see how much store credit I have?”
- To see how much store credit you have, go to boandpeach.com and login with the email you have made purchases with. It will ask for a 6-digit code that will be sent to your email. After logging in, go to your profile. Here you will see your available store credit under “payment methods.” You can then select this option at your next checkout to apply the store credit to your next purchase :)
"My bikini is the wrong size/does not fit, what do I do?"
- Please see our "Returns" tab in the main menu for instructions, return requirements, and other additional information. We provide store credit and size exchanges (Only 1 round of size exchanges per order).
"I entered an incorrect shipping address or an incorrect size by accident when ordering."
- Oh no! As soon as you realize that an incorrect shipping address was entered or you selected the wrong size bikini, please send an email titled "Mistake!" to @boandpeachhelp.com immediately so we can make these changes before the package is shipped out. Please note that packages are usually shipped out the same day they are ordered or the following day. - If the package has already been shipped and contains an incorrect address or wrong size, please send us an email titled "Mistake! Too late!" and then we will get back to you and discuss the next steps based on the specific situation.
"I sent an email to @boandpeachhelp.com but have not received a response."
- If you have not received a response within a few days, please send a follow up email. (We will not respond to spam emails or emails regarding unrelated business subjects.)
