Exchanges and Store Credit
A swimsuit that has been visibly worn, used, or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. In order to return/exchange a product, the item must be in its original condition and be returned within 30 days of delivery. All tags and bottom hygiene liners must be intact and in original packaging. This is for resale and hygiene purposes; bikinis are very intimate and personal items so this is very important. If the product has traces of dirt, sweat, or makeup it will not be accepted.
*There are very unique challenges of maintaining hygiene standards while still offering flexibility on returns for our customers. We recommend that you try on the bikini bottoms over a pair of leggings or undergarment. This helps preserve the healthfulness of our other customers if the product is to be returned.*
If the customer does not wish to exchange the product, then store credit will be issued :)
The return process will only result in either exchanging the product for another or the customer receiving store credit.
The customer is in charge of the return cost since Bo and Peach LLC does not cover any return postage.
Bo and Peach LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages being returned.
Return Checklist:
- Never has been worn, washed, or used. The product is in its original condition.
- No signs of dirt, sweat, makeup, or equivalent.
- All tags and hygiene liners are intact and in good condition.
- Within 30 days of purchase.
If the proposed return does not meet all of these guidelines, the exchange/return will not be processed. Only 1 exchange of size is allowed per product.
